Did I pay more yes but I don’t really regret it this thing is pure beast mode and just shreds what I can throw at it.

The build is looking great, the card looks nice overall. Like the RGB as well. Zotac seems improved overall build quality for 3000 cards. It can run all games at 4k without any issue at all. If want the best of the best 3090 is your card!

Card works as intended and thermals better than expected

It does run hot but I figured out why. In the zotac firestorm software there is a gpu temp target. It sits way too high. Unlock the link between the temp target and the power percent and you can bring down the temp target. I set mine to 75 and it runs much cooler now by ramping up the fan speed sooner rather than later. This gpu has a massive thermal mass. Making the fans need to come on sooner to overcome the hysteresis caused by the temp sensors and thermal mass.

This card does run hot when you don't have the right fan speed or case fans I would recommend buying Noctua fans for the case and download the fire storm app to control the fan speed on the card. Over all i was able to over clock the card and keep temps at 60'oc.
