I opened the item I ordered. Can I still return it?

I want to return my item. Do I have to pay for shipping?

  • In most cases, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Visit our Return Policy page for step-by-step instructions. We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Do I need any kind of special packaging to return my order?

  • You will need to package the item in an appropriate shipping container to prevent damages when returning your order back to Computizer . Be sure to pack the item into its original manufacturer's packaging first. Do not place labels on the original packaging.

How can I return an item?

  • In case you want to submit a return, you must obtain an RMA number and list it on your return package. Then, you need to securely pack the item and attach a return shipping label to the outside of the shipping box. Return labels are valid for 14 days.

What items are not eligible for returns?

  • Products that are received by Computizer in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

    - Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, missing manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.

    - Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other products originally included with the product.

    - Any product that exhibits physical damage.

    - Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate.

    - Any product which appears tampered with, customized or altered in any way.

    - Not the same product originally purchased from the website.
