Ray tracing is what convinced me to get it

Definitely one of the top video cards on the market. Majority of the price comes from features that are not of much use to us yet. The leap in tech they went for was the RTX (ray tracing) which most of know is not in use in many games or applications yet. Slight power boost over the 1080ti but most editing and gaming are still easily tackled with the previous gen card. Fans keep the card pretty cool and the Precision X1 program allows you to continue to overclock and tune the card for your needs. If you want the best and have the funds you won't be disappointed with the card but the price does not justify. If you're in the market for a new card or must have the best gear then go for it! I personally like the appearance and they have some little extras that you can add some colored accents to match your rig scheme. As for the support, EVGA is known for their great customer service and top notch warranty so another reason to go with their cards.
